How To Use: 

• Remove the hard wrapping
• Remove the stand cap
• Lubricate the inside and insertion point of your Flex
• Insert and move around to stimulate
• Cover the air hole to create an extra internal vacuum
  
  

How To Clean:

• Remove the inner sleeve
• Wash thoroughly with running water
• Your Flex can be inverted for washing
• Wipe off the remaining moisture with a dry towel
• Invert the stand cap to use as a drying stand
• Place your Flex on the stand cap to dry
• Keep in a well-ventilated area to air dry
• Once fully dry revert the cap and insert into casing
• Store in a cool, dry, dark place
